Email Forward Maintenance Notice

Graduated Students,

Currently, the email forwarding service app is under maintenance. We'll let you know when maintenance is complete and the tool is available once again.

In the meantime, please contact ITAC via phone or LiveChat with your email forwarding request and we would be happy to process it for you.

About Email Forward (for Graduated Students)

Email Forward (for Graduated Students) forwards mail sent to your BobcatMail address to another external email address that you define.

  • Available to: Graduated Students (with no other active TXST affiliation)
  • Where to use: Online
  • Cost: Free

Get Started

Setup Instructions 

  1. Go to the Email Forward application.
  2. If you are a recent graduate whose NetID is still active, enter your NetID and password, and click Login. If your NetID is no longer active, click Alternate Authentication.
  3. Follow the prompts on the screen to setup your email forward.

Note: Email forward is only available to graduated students who have no active affiliation with Texas State University. If you are a graduate and an employee or a current student, you are not eligible to use this service.
