Organize Messages into Folders
To organize your messages into folders, you will first need to create the folders:
- Log into ePortfolio.
- Enter your NetID and password.
- Expand the Home tool in the left menu.
- Click Messages.
- Click Folders.
- Click the + icon to add a new folder.
- Give your folder a name, then click Add.
- Check the box next to a message you wish to move into a folder.
- Click the folder icon at the top of the page and select the folder into which you wish to move the message.
- Repeat as necessary.

Note: You can move more than one item at a time, provided that all items selected will be moved into the same folder.
Deleting Messages
- Log into ePortfolio.
- Enter your NetID and password.
- Expand the Home tool in the left menu.
- Click Messages.
- Check the box next to any message you wish to delete.
- Click the trash can icon at the top of the Messages page.
