1. Login to ePortfolio.
  2. Enter your NetID and Password, and click Login. 
  3. Click the Student Teaching Field Experience in the Pending Tasks area.
  4. Click Acknowledge Midpoint & Final Evaluations.  
  5. Click Select next to the Acknowledgement form, then complete the form.

    NOTE: You are not required to upload a document.
     
  6. Click Add.
  7. Click Save to save your binder.

    NOTE: Only click Submit when all of the required portions of your Field Experience have been completed.
