Where do TSPs get AGPM to Manage GPOs?

Technical Support Persons (TSPs) at Texas State may create, edit, delete, review, and deploy Group Policy Objects (GPOs) by using Advanced Group Policy Management (AGPM). TSPs should access the AGPM client via Remote Desktop.
