ITAC delivers new computers to departments directly within a few business days of being prepped for use.

You can schedule a no-cost setup of your new computer from ITAC within 30 days of delivery.

To schedule an appointment to have ITAC set up your new computer, call or chat with ITAC within 30 days of your new computers’ delivery date. Our agents will book an appointment for you.

Learn

We typically need an hour and a half of the recipient's time to get everything set up and transfer data from the old computer to the new one. 

Schedule the appointment up to 14 days in advance at one of these convenient times:

  • Monday – Friday
    • 8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
    • 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
    • 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.

During your deployment, ITAC will:

  • Transfer data from the old computer to the new computer (data only, no programs or applications)
  • Disconnect the old computer (if it is being replaced)
  • Unbox and connect the new computer
  • Assist with profile creation
  • Setup Microsoft Outlook, Adobe Suite, Code42, and other applications, where possible
  • Set up printers
