How to Authorize Funds/Repairs - Computer Repair Center

To authorize additional repairs and funds, ITAC must have the authorization in writing or be personally stated. The Service Center will accept the following methods to authorize additional services on equipment submitted:

  • An email from the Texas State account that checked the machine in originally. If you submitted a computer and your NetID is zzz99, email ITAC from your BobcatMail (zzz99) account. Contact ITAC via email at itac@txstate.edu
  • Coming into the ITAC Service Center and providing a Texas State ID of the account that checked the machine in originally. 

Doing either of these will authorize the additional repairs and funds for repairs, if needed. ITAC will then be able to continue with the diagnosed repairs and have your equipment returned. If any additional support is needed, contact ITAC.
