Maxient is a third-party vendor case management system utilized across multiple campus divisions.

CAUTION: Campus departments limit the number of users within the system. To request access, contact your department stakeholder responsible for the system.

Learn

Maxient provides internal support services for all users. To contact support, follow the steps identified below: 

  1. Log in to Maxient.

  1. Click the question mark button at the top right of the screen 

  1. From the dropdown, select Help Forum. From here, you can search for support articles, videos, and presentations that may answer your question.

  2. If you cannot find an answer to your question, click Submit a Request. Communications from Maxient are visible within this portal and will be emailed via your TXST email address.

You may also submit a Maxient Support Request for the following issues:

  • Data feed error
  • Custom HTML email template adjustments
  • Add a level 5 administrative user(s)
  • Report a bug
