Survey functionality is provided by Qualtrics. Qualtrics is an advanced, secure, professional survey tool used by leading researchers at finer higher education institutions across the nation.

Get Started

Here's how to access Qualtrics:

  1. Go to Texas State Qualtrics.
  2. Enter your NetID and password
  3. Click Login.

NOTE: It will take 24 hours to have full privileges. You may work and build a survey as soon as you log in.

Survey Transfers

Requests to transfer survey ownership from one person to another should be submitted to itac@txstate.edu for processing.

Student Surveys

Students who are conducting research and wish to send a survey through Qualtrics must work directly with their professor to approve the survey's sending.
