SPSS Statistics for Work at Home

Get Started

• This version of SPSS Statistics is available free of charge when used for academic purposes for teaching and learning.
• Additionally, this software may be installed on a personal computer for Work at Home purposes.
• The Work at Home version cannot be used concurrently with the version installed on your Texas State-owned computer.
• To use SPSS Statistics version 26 off-campus, you will need to check out a commuter license and be connected to the virtual private network (VPN). SPSS Statistics versions 27 or greater do not require a commuter license or VPN connection.
• You will need to have administrator privileges to the computer.

Installation Instructions

Step 1:

Based on your computer type, submit one of these forms:

• SPSS Statistics for Windows Request
• SPSS Statistics for Mac Request

Step 2:

A friendly ITAC agent will contact you and guide you through the installation process.
