How to Join TXST-Bobcats using an Android Device

​​​​​​For Android 11 devices:

  • If you have previously tried to connect your device to TXST-Bobcats, make sure to forget the network before continuing with these instructions.

 

  1. On your mobile device, go to the Wi-Fi settings.
  2. Tap TXST-Bobcats. 
     
    tap TXST-Bobcats

    NOTE: For Android 11 devices, select MSCHAPV2 for your Phase 2 authentication and enter txstate.edu for the domain.

  3. Tap Select certificate.
     
  4. tap Select certificate
     
  5. Tap Don't validate.

    tap Don't validate
     
  6. For Identity, enter your NetID.
  7. For Password, enter your NetID password.
  8. Tap Connect.

    Enter your NetID and click connect
