How to Turn Off ALV Statistics on Printouts in SAP GUI

  1. Open SAP GUI and log in.

  2. Enter ZBUDACT in the transaction code text box, then press the Enter key to run your report.

  3. Click the Printer icon, after your report generates.

  4. Click Properties.

  5. Click the arrow next to Cover Sheet to expand and view the folder's content. 
  6. Double-click the ALV Statistics line.

  7. Click inside the checkbox next to ALV Statistics to remove the check mark.

  8. Click Defaults.

  9. Select Valid for all reports then click Copy Settings.

  10. Click the green checkmark at the bottom of Maintain Settings.

  11. Click the green checkmark at the bottom of Spool Request Properties.

  12. Click the green checkmark at the bottom of Print ALV List.

  13. Click OK to print.

    You have successfully turned off ALV Statistics on printout in SAP GUI.
