IT Supported Classroom Special Software Request

Please submit your software requests three weeks before the beginning of each semester. Once the semester begins, software requests may also take up to three weeks to fulfill depending on the room availability around existing class schedules. Please understand that class time cannot be interrupted to install software.

NOTES: 

  • In order for us to update your classroom computer(s) effectively, you MUST log off the computer after the end of class time as designated by the Registrar's Office.
  • You do not require ISO approval if the software is already listed on ITAC's website and is available to download.

NOTE: Not all classrooms have both Windows and Mac computers in the rooms.
Please include version number, if applicable.

Hint: Scan the original and upload a PDF, JPG, or DOCX (Word) file

Select the applicable plan for providing us with a legally licensed version of the software. *
Select the semester for the software to be installed. *
Has this software been approved by the Information Security Office (ISO)?
Your request will not be approved without prior ISO approval. Prior approval is your responsibility.
Please obtain ISO approval before submitting this form.
