Departmental Classrooms

Departmental Classrooms are spaces that are instructional in nature and are highly utilized for classes, but aren't “first call”. Being classified as a Departmental Classroom requires an agreement between Learning Spaces and the department of ownership, at which point ITAC will offer support for most of the technology installed in the space. However, there will be a departmental TSP (Technical Support Person) designated to maintain the presentation computer and any specialized equipment.

NOTE: If a space is not an IT Supported nor Departmental Classroom, Learning Spaces offers best-effort A/V support at a billable hourly rate.
