Teaching Theater Reservation Request

Before You Proceed

CAUTION: A Facility Use Agreement must have already been submitted to ITAC before you can proceed with this form.

Reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance. Reservations made with less than 14 days of notice are not guaranteed and must be approved by Teaching Theater Coordinator. 


  • A rush fee of $25.00 will be assessed. 
  • Due to recent technology upgrades, the stage furniture (lectern and workstation) must remain on the stage and cannot be moved. The only exceptions are Presidential and Academic events.

Event Fee Schedule

Priority I.  Related to classroom instruction or presidential events. No fee.

Priority II. Sponsored by a department of the University or a chartered student organization with a university account.  Cost/ fund # required.  $50.00/event + hourly tech rate. *

Priority III. Associated with the University but event is not supported by a department, including registered student organizations, sororities, fraternities, clubs, etc;  $125/event + hourly tech rate. *

Priority IV.  Non- University event.  $250/event + hourly tech rate. *

* Hourly tech rate of $30.00/ hour.

Will you require additional tables or chairs ? *
Will you be providing food or refreshments ? (NOTE: Food & drinks are allowed in the lobby area ONLY. Custodial charges may apply.) *

I have already submitted a Facility Use Agreement form as stated above. *
I have read the Reservation Policy & Fee Schedule. I understand there may be event fees and/or tech fees charged for use of the theater. I also understand I will be charged a rental fee if I do not notify of a cancellation and the event results in a no-show. *
